Our company brought out a new addition to our home furniture collection, ready for 2007. We required a specialist transport service because of the nature of the new Stone Kitchen Worktops, they could not be flat packed, and this is where a specialist solution was needed.
Vision Logistics range of services outshone all of their competitors, from their range of vehicles, storage warehouses and variety of mechanical tools. Vision developed a service unique to our needs to deliver our Stone Kitchens Worktops to our customers homes.
Vision Logistics delivered to our customers throughout the UK using tail lift vehicles and specialist two man crews. The roll out of the new product meant delivering to the retailers stores initially and then when orders were received for the product, Vision would then collect from our distribution centres across the UK and and deliver to our customers homes.
The key to the success of this partnership, we feel, is the on-going communication Vision keep between us and the constant delivery of what they promise on each job.
