Our promotional marketing company had a contract with Coca Cola to distribute chilled drinks of their new brand that was being launched, Coke Zero, and it was our job to reach commuters in London at all the major train stations in the city with perfectly chilled bottles and cans of Coke Zero.
 
The Logistics of this operations seemed a bit daunting and too challenging for our company to able to handle and we immediately realised that we would need to enlist the help of a professional logistics team which had great experience in dealing with Guerilla Marketing projects.
 
We worked closely with Vision Logistics, they provided a single point of contact throughout the operation who was responsible for everything from making sure the product arrived on time to ensuring that our staff had the right equipment to do their job properly. This close working relationship was vital in the success of the project.
 
Our marketing company had a lot of requirements and very strict deadlines to be met, not only did every train station have to be targeted at the same time, but all of the delivery vans and staff uniforms needed to have the Coke Zero insignia, Vision arranged everything, from uniforms to the temperature of the product which truly ensured the success of the marketing operation.
