Vision Logistics were approached by a Power Management customer who were looking for a large power management system swapout at one of their prestigious banking customers located in Central London. Due to the scope of the work Vision attended a site survey meeting with our client and the client’s customer for the removal of a power unit weighing….and the positioning of a new unit. Vision submitted a Method Statement and Risk Assessment for the work which involved a road closure, a crew of four and the use of a hiab and other powered and mechanical handling equipment. Because of the location the work had to be carried out over two weekends. Vision used our planning skills and project based delivery expertise to provide a detailed solution which ensured the client kept the work within budget and the bank suffered no expensive downtime.
