Peter Toon – Managing Director
Peter has overall control of the company and has responsibility for marketing the business. Peter loves sport and generally trying to keep fit! He takes a keen interest in rugby and still plays for Eastleigh or Gosport RFC when he isn't carrying an injury or two. He enters the odd triathlon and is always up for a challenge especially if it's a sponsored activity for one of the charities the company supports.
David Bennett - Business Manager
David is responsible on a National basis for the company’s Business Management with reporting lines to the Managing Director and working closely with the National Operations Manager. He has joined the company at an exciting time to further develop the business and utilise his 41 years of knowledge and experience gained in around Business Management, Supply Chain, Operational Management, Logistics and Transport. David’s interests are varied but, he enjoys Sea Fishing, Fly Fishing, Walking, Photography, Gardening and DIY and has also been known to play the odd game of Golf. He is very supportive of charities both locally and nationally with the three main charities being the Sussex Snowdrop Trust, Cancer Research UK and Help the Heroes.
Martin Wykes - National Operations Manager
Martin is responsible for the company's operations nationally. Martin is another keen motorcyclist and often spend his spare time touring around the country, his love for travel has led him to make plans for a round the world trip in the not too distant future.
Sally Winkworth – Key Account Manager
Sally manages the promotional events and marketing campaigns for all our experiential customers, with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record she has an excellent understanding of our customers’ requirements, along with the knowledge to advise on suitability and manage any promotional project to our customers’ expectations. In Sally’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, socialising with friends and family, keeping fit, festivals, seeing live bands and defiantly drinking the odd glass of wine or two or three!!!
Richard Byrne - Logistics Manager Glasgow Depot
Richie enjoys socialising with friends, going to gigs and watching movies, having recently just got engaged he's planning on getting married soon.
Neil Britnell - Branch Development Manager Hemel Hempstead Depot
Neil has recently joined the Hemel Hempstead depot, he is the most recent addition to the Vision team! Neil’s favourite sport is football; he is an avid West Ham supporter. When he’s not watching football Neil enjoys going on walks and travelling. He has travelled all around Europe but Portugal is by far his favourite holiday location.
Dave Prince - Logistics Manager Newcastle Depot
Dave has a keen interest in motor bikes and classical music. He spends his spare time coaching young Footballers (under 7s up to under 23s) and running to keep himself in reasonably fit condition. When he's not coaching Dave enjoys spending time with his three children.
Angela Lawlor - Logistics Administrator Glasgow Depot
Angela used to sing professionally and did various gigs throughout the UK solo and with a band, I’m looking to get back into this in my spare time. My favourite hobby is Shopping going to Zumba and enjoy socialising with friends and family.
Simon Straw - Warehouse and Transport Supervisor Fareham Depot
Simon is mainly involved with our UK pallet operations. His other responsibilities involve supervising the warehouse and transport team in Fareham depot. Simon has completed a degree in computer science and is also a talented golfer, he was part of the Professional golf Association for 12 years, look out Tiger Woods!
Sally Hinsull - Depot Supervisor Hemel Hempstead Depot
Sally looks after all operations that take place in our London depot.
Georgia Toon - Project Manager
Georgia is responsible for all the online marketing within the business.
Shelley Heath - Accounts Clerk
Shelley looks after the day to day running of the company's accounts. Shelley has an keen interest in horses, she's owned them since the age of ten and rides them everyday!
