The Vision Team

Sally Winkworth – Project Manager

Sally manages the promotional events and marketing campaigns for our experiential customers. She is a keen supporter of the charity events the company gets involved in, especially organising parties which we really should do again soon. She enjoys sports such as spinning, swimming and generally being active. She loves socialising with family and friends, and especially listening to music by her favourites Adele or Robbie Williams.

Nick Hulme - Fareham Depot Manager

Nick has overall responsibility for the Fareham operation, he looks after the healthcare home deliveries, temperature controlled vehicles and the warehouse which houses our storage and pick pack operation. He is a keen sailor and motorcyclist. He has recently rekindled his love for motorcycle racing by buying a race prepared Kawasaki and he's now starting to enter a few races. Nick has won his first trophy recenty whilst racing at Angelsea race circuit in the 400cc class.

Martin Wykes - National Operations Manager

Martin is responsible for the company's operations nationally. Martin is another keen motorcyclist and often spend his spare time touring around the country, his love for travel has led him to make plans for a round the world trip in the not too distant future.

Rachel Fairbairn - Accounts Assistant

Rachel looks after the day to day running of the company's accounts.

Peter Toon – Managing Director

Peter has overall control the company and has responsibility for marketing the business. Peter loves sport and generally trying to keep fit! He takes a keen interest in rugby and still plays for Eastleigh or Gosport RFC when he isn't carrying an injury or two. He enters the odd triathlon and is always up for a challenge especially if it's a sponsored activity for one of the charities the company supports.

Peter Sparrow – IT Supervisor

Peter looks after Vision’s information technology and all integration with customer systems. In his spare time Peter plays racket ball, and enjoys going for family days out camping and visiting places, family and friends. He likes rocks music and enjoys reading variety of factual and fiction books.

Nick Walker – Financial Controller

Nick is responsible for the accounts function of Vision. Nick plays in the band called ‘Sounds Familiar’, playing a variety of instruments, guitar, keyboard, bass, mandolin and blues harmonica. Nick also enjoys photography and yachting.

Jennifer Calais - Business Development

Jenny is our newest recruit, she is helping with developing the healthcare home delivery, freight management and storage side of the business. She is a keen supporter of charities and has raised money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Jubilee Sailing Trust, Help For Heroes and Oakhaven Hospice. Next year she plans to run the 10k for Race For Life. Jennifer loves animals, cooking, listening to music, walking, running, being by the sea and watching rubbish murder mysteries on TV! She is a complete socialite and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially playing with her young nieces and nephews.
