Vision has proven their flexibility by handling double the usual volume of healthcare home deliveries to patients in the Hertfordshire PCT.  Delivery volumes do vary from month to month, but rarely do they double, however the flexible nature of Vision's operation enables it to provide the extra resource at very short notice, which includes CRB checked drivers.  The majority of the extra volume was required by residential care homes ordering bulk deliveries, again this no ordinary delivery operation, the care home staff rely upon the Vision drivers placing the product in the building close to the point of use, many of the care homes were not designed to accept large bulk deliveries and as such goods need to placed within the building by hand without any mechanical assistance.
