Our team
Pete Kirkman – business development manager
Peter promotes and develops the healthcare and temperature controlled division. He enjoys sport, especially Rugby; he’s been coaching Portsmouth Juniors, as well as playing for the ‘Portsmouth Pirates’. In his spare time and holidays, he enjoys water sports and family outings.
Vanessa Cripps - Accounts Manager
Vanessa works in all areas of the department. She is interested in football, and is a keen Chelsea supporter and loves to socialise.
Elaine Lawrence – Account Supervisor
Elaine is in the accounts department of accounts in control of purchase payments. Elaine has many interests; she enjoys music, especially indie bands such as Snow Patrol and old R&B music. Being a strong Portsmouth football fan Elaine recently went to the FA cup final. Elaine also likes to go out on family outings and watching documentaries.
Sally Winkworth – Project Manager
Sally manages the events and promotional campaigns. She is a keen supporter of the charity events the company gets involved in, including organising parties and completing triathlons. She enjoys sports such as spinning, swimming and circuits and often likes to socialise with family, friends and listening to fun music like MIKA and Robbie Williams as firm favourites.
Peter Toon – Managing Director
Peter has overall control the company and has responsibility for marketing. Peter is learning to fly, he loves sport and generally keeping fit. He takes a keen interest in rugby and still plays for Eastleigh RFC. He enjoys taking part in triathlons and other sponsored activities for the charities the company supports. He's currently planning a round the world fund raising trip, seventies style, seventy days, seventy modes of transport, in seventies gear, more details to follow...
Peter Sparrow – IT Supervisor
Peter looks after Vision’s information technology and all integration with customer systems. In his spare time Peter plays racket ball, and enjoys going for family days out camping and visiting places, family and friends. He likes rocks music and enjoys reading variety of factual and fiction books.
Nick Walker – Financial Controller
Nick is responsible for the accounts function of Vision. Nick plays in the band called ‘Sounds Familiar’, playing a variety of instruments, guitar, keyboard, bass, mandolin and blues harmonica. Nick also enjoys photography and yachting.
Glenn Davie – Hemel Hempstead Depot Manager
Glenn is the manager for the depot in Hemel Hempstead depot, overseeing operations. Glenn is a particular fan of the Arsenal football team, and also takes time out to enjoy many other sports and games. In his spare time Glenn DJ’s music like garage and house, however he also enjoys all other kinds of music from soul to jungle.
Declan Conaty - General Manager
Declan is based from our Hemel Hempstead depot and he promotes and develops the specialist division as well as managing some key accounts. Declan enjoys most sports, particularly football and coming from Manchester supports Man Utd.
Dan Telfer - Sales Operations Controller
Dan is relatively new and we haven't made him write about himself yet!
